What do you contribute?
With our customer-ready offers for rail components such as motors, gearboxes, converters, etc., as well as overall/subsystem solutions, we ensure the movement of all types of rail vehicles.
- As a bid manager, you will successfully position the MoComp brand in the market.
- You consult and clarify technical, commercial and logistical issues with our customers.
- You will develop technical solution concepts, plan offers in terms of costs and take into account deadlines and production possibilities.
- You will be in close contact with our engineering and development departments as well as our plants and regional companies.
- You present the developed solution concepts to the customer and conduct negotiations together with the respective key account managers.
- You identify and evaluate opportunities and risks in the proposal project and support claim management.
What do you bring along?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- In addition, you have already gained several years of experience as a Technical Bid Manager in a technical environment or in a comparable management role in sales.
- Ideally, you have experience in engineering, project management or offer management.
- You convince with knowledge in electrical drive technology, know-how in railroad technology or on-board power supply of trains is an advantage.
- You are proficient in MS Office and have a business fluent command of German and English.
- Furthermore, you are flexible and willing to travel worldwide (approx. 20%).
