Your Tasks
- As a Squad Tech Lead, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with responsibility in the leading of new products and deployment in Azure and AKS. You will be responsible to manage people and leading the development team. You'll be involved in definition of the new architecture and technical decisions. You will be working in a completely in agile environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, as well as a high-performance team. You will be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in the software development
- Lead, support, and motivate team members

- Participate in the prioritizations work across Squad products and People

Your Profile
- Proven experience in object-oriented software development
- Proven experience in Azure
- Proven experience using Relational BBDD and NoSQL
- Proven experience with Testing and QA processes
- Clean Code and Clean Architecture knowledge
- Proven experience leading teams and manage people
- Valuable experience in .NET
- Valuable experience in Azure DevOps
- Valuable experience Operating Azure
- Valuable knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes
- Valuable experience in Android
- Valuable experience in iOS
- Valuable experience in React
- Valuable experience in React Native
