What part will you play?
As an assistant, your role involves supporting the Power Automation Solutions team
You coordinate the department head's calendar, set priorities, and independently resolve any scheduling conflicts
You act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders
You are responsible for organizing, planning, and invoicing business trips both domestically and internationally. This also includes communication with colleagues and partners on-site
You handle the planning and execution of both on-site and virtual internal and external events, such as workshops and department meetings (room management, catering, logistics, agenda)
Processing orders in myIT, myMall, and OneSRM (office supplies, IT tickets, etc.) is also part of your duties
You support the onboarding and offboarding of our employees and student assistants
You manage and maintain our communication page and SharePoint
You assist with preparing presentations as needed
You handle requests for reports within an international corporate environment and support business correspondence in both German and English
What you need to make real what matters.
You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training
You have several years of professional experience in administrative support or as a team assistant at the management level in an international environment
You have experience working on an international level and possess intercultural sensitivity
You have excellent skills in using MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and are proficient with modern communication technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, video conferences, etc.)
You have worked with various IT tools in the administrative field and have the ability to independently acquire new tool knowledge. Ideally, you are already familiar with the tools used at Siemens (e.g., E2E Travel (Concur), OneSRM/MyMall/SAP) as well as the relevant Siemens guidelines
