Then come and join our team as Strategy Project Manager* (f/m/d) to lead and contribute to strategy projects and our innovation process as well as initiatives in Computed Tomography (CT).
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As Strategic Project Manager* you will shape initiate, drive, and lead strategic initiatives and projects, and shaping the content as well as coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- You make sure that all strategic aspects with impact on innovation are adequately reflected in the innovation activities within CT and actively contribute to the innovation culture at CT
- You will liaise with a broad variety of internal and external stakeholders
- You will analyze trends in the clinical, operational, and financial area, derive meaningful insights with impact to our CT-Strategy and contribute to our innovation roadmap
- You will use your creativity and flexibility to help shape the future of CT by addressing strategic, innovational, and operational challenges

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in business administration, innovation management, business engineering, biomedical engineering, physics, or another related relevant field, preferably with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, or technology
- You have a demonstrated many years of experience in the innovation, strategy or PLM realm, especially in large matrix organizations
- You have gathered in-depth experiences in relevant project management, ideally in an international context across different locations and cultures
- You have a demonstrated affinity for inter-cultural work and communication
- You preferably have knowledge of the MedTech market, especially in diagnostic imaging and computed tomography (CT)
Your attributes and skills:
- You are fluent in English and manage to communicate openly and precisely in an international business context, knowledge of other relevant languages (German, Japanese, Chinese) would be a plus
- You are open-minded and passionate about innovation, MedTech, diagnostic imaging and computed tomography
- “We win together”: You enjoy working in a large, collaborative setting and enjoy liaising with a broad stakeholder network
- You manage to motivate and lead people not directly affiliated with you to work on innovation
- You have strong presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
- You proactively recognize areas which require clarifications, structure and conflict resolution and address these appropriately
