Your Tasks
- As a ServiceNow Engineer you strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the ServiceNow platform.
- You will implement, develop, and be responsible for IT solutions on our internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide.
- You coordinate and control the development for the area of responsibility at the solution level.
- You are responsible for the holistic life cycle: from the introduction to the implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation.
- You analyze and coordinate the requirements and specifications of the implementation as well as the design of the solution architecture.
- You will take on strategic and operational advice for internal customers.
- You ensure an efficient support chain.
Your Profile
- Desired University degree in IT or similar.
- You have already professional experience in IT projects.
- We value experience in one or more of the following modules: IRM, CSM, RSM, App Engine, Portals, ESG, BCM.
- Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
- German language skills are nice to have.
- Fluent in English.
- It motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You are characterized by strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and an affinity with process optimization.
- You enjoy working in an international team.
- You are results oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
