Then come and join our team as Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) Remote Scanning Solutions to propel our Remote Scanning business forward.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 3 0h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You c reate and implement innovative strategies that effectively engage potential and existing customers, facilitating a seamless transition to our sales force and enhancing visibility in new market segments
You evaluate and refine go-to-market strategies globally, contribute to targeted marketing campaigns and align business models with current market needs and customer demands
You work closely with sales and technical downstream teams to develop and streamline pre- and post-sales processes, ensuring that installations are efficient and meet customer expectations for smooth and secure operation and high satisfaction
You forge and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology partners, and other stakeholders
You provide expertise in change management, assisting healthcare providers in adapting their operational workflows to incorporate remote scanning solutions effectively
You define and prioritize innovative operational and technical product requirements based on customer needs and ensure the product success in close collaboration with R&D and UX

Your qualifications and experience:
You hold a university degree in the field of Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, a PhD degree is preferred
You have many years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with modern healthcare IT technologies
You have a proven track record in product management and business development, with substantial achievements in defining, launching and growing new digital products or services
You impress with your deep knowledge of regulatory standards affecting medical devices and software in healthcare
In addition, you have demonstrable experience in cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
Your attributes and skills:
You have very good English-language skills and are confident within an international environment; ideally you are able to communicate in other languages
You convince with your strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems and provide practical solutions
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to persuade and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners
