What part will you play?
As part of our GridSW team in Controlling, you will be responsible for reporting, forecasting and planning our global software business and will also keep an eye on our business unit financial figures.
You are a strong link to our global business units and are responsible for regional controlling. You will independently prepare financial and structural analyses and discuss these with the regional partners. From this, you derive recommendations and business trends and pass these on to management in an appropriate form.
We not only help our customers to become more sustainable, but also attach great importance to this ourselves. That's why sustainability and EU taxonomy reporting is another part of your job.
Ad hoc reports including the preparation and presentation of relevant key financial figures as well as the development of storylines for top management are also part of your tasks.
You will also work closely with our Sales FIN team and support the introduction of software-specific KPIs (e.g. ACV, ARR) as well as their controlling and reporting. You will be the central contact person from Controlling.
What you need to make real what matters.
You have a master’s degree in business administration or comparable training and further education.
As part of your many years of professional experience, you have built up very good knowledge of controlling and/or finance and are familiar with Siemens value flows.
With your strong analytical skills and very good communication and presentation skills in English, you can win over your business partners and management.
You like to proactively drive issues forward and impress with your personal initiative and flexibility. These are core competencies that will lead you to success in our agile environment.
In addition to very good knowledge of common controlling tools and ERP systems, you also have BI tool knowledge.
You are used to working in an intercultural team and using your strengths to benefit the team.
