Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will provide strategic leadership on Pay Equity and Transparency, continuously monitoring market and industry trends, legislative developments, and best practices related to these areas.
- You will conduct comprehensive pay equity analyses to identify and address any existing pay disparities within the organization.
- You will ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations across applicable jurisdictions, including the ESRS and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- You will establish and maintain an advanced analytical tool to assess current pay structures, identify potential gaps, and generate predictions to support data-driven decision-making.
- You will consult and collaborate with regional Total Rewards teams to adapt policies and practices that align with both local and global requirements.
- You will establish and foster a community of expertise within global Total Rewards, conducting training sessions and workshops to educate key stakeholders on pay equity principles and practices.
- You will prepare and present detailed pay equity reports and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders and conduct periodic audits of compensation practices and communication materials.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- You bring many years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, pay equity, or related fields.
- You have sound project management experience, ideally in the field of IT solution implementation.
- You have strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

· You demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to different audiences.
· You have a passion for quality and attention to detail, complemented by strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills.
· You have a solution-oriented and innovative mindset, with a thorough understanding of how to listen to and engage audiences across all levels.
· You maintain a collaborative working style that values the inclusion of diverse geographies, levels, functions, and cultures.
