How You’ll Make an Impact
- Agile lead in a R&D program with several global RnD project teams.
- Lead and enable the team to deliver the sprint goals, establishing agile rituals and ensuring implementation across the affected RnDs.
- Steer the sprint tasks to ensure continuous deliveries and deployments.
- Support continuous improvements within the R&D program and develop KPIs to track RnD progress.
- Exchange and collaborate with Product Owner, team, and stakeholders.
- Support in establishing and running an efficient organization of the RnD program.
What You Bring
- University degree in Information Technology, computer science, engineering, or similar, preferably with a focus on information management solutions.
- 3+ years of experience, including software development and working with agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban),
- Beneficial: background in electrical engineering or knowhow on transmission solutions.
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
- Agile mindset, highly structured approach
- Flexibility, motivation and enthusiasm for driving change
