As a SAP S/4HANA Test Programme Manager (m/f/d), you will evaluate requirements and functional specifications, gain agreement to acceptance criteria and prepare test objectives and test plans.
In this role, you can expect to:
Utilize the SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) test management tool.
SAP testing and familiarity with various testing types, including Functional Testing, Interface Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing.
Lead and oversee a sizable testing team.
Apply SAP best practices to identify scoping, enhance the quality of test cases, and document test evidence.
Thoroughly review and finalize the testing scope.
Educate product teams on SAP testing methodologies and ensure the efficient utilization of the test management tool (SolMan).
Efficiently allocate tasks, monitor status, and control timelines.
Conduct daily status calls and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely closure of defects.
Enforce approved test strategy guidelines, including exit and entry criteria for each testing phase.
To apply for this SAP S/4HANA Test Programme Manager (m/f/d) role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
· Excellent skills in SAP Solution Manager, JRA, Power BI, Signavio, etc
· Ability to utilise multiple technology areas within SAP AFS, SAP Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA
· Fluency in English, German is a plus plus a passion for transformational projects
· Experience in SAP testing and familiarity with various testing types, including functional testing, interface testing and user acceptance testing.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
