What do you contribute?
In your new position you own and relentlessly improve processes and collaboration to improve the Agile Release Train (ART) performance and in addition you coach one agile Team as SCRUM master.
You guide, coach, and motivate Agile teams on the Agile Release Train, spanning across various geographical locations.
You support the needs of Scrum Masters and Product Owners/Product Management to achieve organizational objectives.
Also, you lead PI Planning readiness and facilitate PI planning events.
You drive governance and performance metrics within the Agile Release Train and you are a role model driving cultural and mindset shifts within teams and the broader organization.
You facilitate sync events with business owners and engage relevant stakeholders.
Furthermore, you remove impediments and manage risks to ensure team success for the ART as well as your team.
You are responsible for organizing and facilitating the agile (Safe) Rituals of your team.
What do you bring along?
The basis of your success is a Master-Degree in technical, business, scientific or psychological studies. A certification either as a SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) or RTE (SAFe Release Train Engineer) is a plus.
You have several years professional expertise as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in employing scaled agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean), ideally in complex environments with multiple teams.
You have proven knowledge of Lean-Agile and tools to execute and release value.
You have the ability to remain focused and adaptable, skillfully prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This includes excellent skills in managing and resolving conflicts.
You are a committed team player who thrives in multicultural settings and is adept at collaborating with teams spread across various locations.
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving, grounded in a systemic thinking mindset as well as excellent communication and change management skills belongs to your skill set.
You have the ability to thrive under pressure and master difficult situations successfully.
For collaboration in a global environment, you are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
