Qualitätsmanager*in (m/w/d)

We at PRM are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to audit, document and standardize our company processes. As part of our young and committed team, you will be responsible for ensuring and continuously improving our quality standards.

Your tasks:

• Planning and conducting internal audits to check compliance with quality standards
• Documentation and analysis of company processes
• Development and implementation of process improvement measures
• Preparation and support for ISO 9001 certification
• Training and support of employees with regard to quality management methods and standards
• Application and implementation of quality methods such as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and others
• Creation and maintenance of quality management documentation and manuals
• Close cooperation with various departments to ensure quality requirements are met

Your profile

• Degree in quality management, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally with a focus on process auditing and ISO 9001 certification
• Sound knowledge of quality methods and standards (e.g. PDCA, RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma)
• Experience in conducting internal audits and training courses
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and assertiveness
• Fluency in German and English
