Medical Doctor / Physician (f/m/d) as Medical Affairs Professional - Magentic Resonance

Then come and join our team as Medical Doctor / Physician (f/m/d) as Medical Affairs Professional - Magnetic Resonance (MR) to contribute your medical and clinical expertise to the definition, development and approval of our MR products.
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you will work closely with our clinical solutions, product lines, R&D and quality teams to provide valuable input to product design and regulatory decision-making processes
  • You will drive the evaluation of clinical safety and performance by defining claims and assessing clinical relevance. You will also advise the team of medical writers, verify clinical evidence and conduct project-based reviews and approvals in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
  • You will develop clinical study protocols in accordance with scientific criteria and market-specific regulatory frameworks
  • You provide medical advice and assessment during requirement engineering, health risk assessment and testing of MR products to ensure products meet clinical requirements
  • You support the investigation of customer complaints and the evaluation of customer feedback
  • You will represent your area of responsibility in internal and external meetings, communications and audits. You will also proactively monitor medical trends, new technologies, regulatory changes and best practices in clinical research methods

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in medicine, ideally with completed specialist training in radiology
  • You have many years of professional experience as a doctor in a clinical environment
  • Preferably you are familiar with the basics of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and the requirements for clinical evaluations
  • You have proven experience in writing and publishing scientific articles in scientific journals and conducting clinical studies

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong presentation and communication skills as well as business fluent English skills, which enable you to communicate with different business areas, cultures and management levels in an international environment easily and at eye level at all times. German language skills are an advantage
  • You have analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex issues in a structured manner
  • You work proactively and are results-orientated
