Das erwartet Sie

• You will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Würth Line China & East Asia.
• Your responsibility will encompass supporting local companies in enhancing their organizational performance by identifying opportunities, spearheading projects, and managing change across markets.
• You will be entrusted with the ownership of regional initiatives in areas such as sourcing, product development, divisional marketing, multichannel operations, and sales operations among others.
• Your role involves bridging best practices from various markets and facilitating support between the international functions/divisions and the regional companies.
• You will be preparing, executing, and conducting any follow up during regional meetings and conferences throughout the year.
• You will develop, monitor, and benchmark organizational KPIs, conducting follow-ups with key decision-makers to devise measures for bridging gaps. These KPIs may pertain to areas like profit tuning, sales management, inventory, etc.

Das erwarten wir:

• A completed degree in Business Administration, with at least 3-5 years professional experience in the Würth Group.
• High affinity for sales and marketing.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Ability to create slide decks on executive level.
• Previous experience working with SAP BI/Power BI/WIS/CIS is preferred. It's crucial to understand the reporting and KPI structure of the Würth Line.
• Exhibits high level of confidence and competence in dealing with senior management.
• Demonstrates ability to influence and lead teams without authority.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (30% of the time).
• Willingness to relocate to Shangai for at least 3 years.
• Inter-cultural competence and enjoyment in working within an international environment.
