Then come and join our team as Key Functional Expert (f/m/d) Events and Congresses and organize trade shows and events to communicate the value of Siemens Healthineers products and solutions to our customers. to
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will plan and organize international trade shows and customer events as well as internal events in close cooperation with various departments
  • You will evaluate events and trade fair appearances, derive recommendations for action and provide in-depth advice to internal clients and stakeholders
  • You will drive the design and implementation of virtual and hybrid events and ensure the professional execution of trade fairs and events on site.
  • You will play an active role in budget planning and ensure that budgets are adhered to and used wisely
  • You will develop customer-focused communication concepts for international trade shows to highlight the value of Siemens Healthineers' products from a clinical, operational, and financial perspective
  • You will work on the optimal communication mix for trade shows and coordinate the event-specific communication channels and their content
  • You will collaborate with international teams in different time zones on a project-by-project basis
  • You support regional departments in preparing for trade shows and ensure consistent communication of Siemens Healthineers messages
  • You will engage in effective stakeholder management with various parties in the organization. You will develop decision templates and make efficient decisions through structured processes

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a master’s degree in business or communications or a similar qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in marketing communications and trade events, preferably in B2B communications, and experience in managing external agencies and service providers
  • You have a passion for digital: you have experience of digital campaigns, ideally in the field of digital and hybrid events
  • You are familiar with the usual communication channels and the marketing communication mix and have experience in using them for trade fairs and events
  • You are familiar with project management in the trade fair and event sector, having organized, implemented, and evaluated trade fairs, internal events, and virtual events on your own initiative

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are business fluent in English and have a good knowledge of German; other languages are an advantage
  • You are prepared to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
  • You have a talent for organization and can work to deadlines, keeping track of multiple parallel projects
  • You appreciate agile projects and are used to working with many interfaces
