You’ll make a difference by
- Collaborating with R&D and product teams to safeguard innovations and support business in achieving its strategical goals
- Lead patent portfolios and conduct IP due diligence (FTOs)
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Provide IP training to various stakeholders
- Exploit and leverage the IP portfolio to secure business market position
- Engage in inter partes proceedings as necessary
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Education -Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Physics or similar educational qualification
- Experience & Skills -You are qualified as a European, and/or German Patent Attorney and have long term technical experience in electrical engineering and technical informatics.
- Languages - Fluent in German. Proficiency in English is a plus
