As Head of Promotion and Technical Sales Support for SICAM Power Automation, you promote and push our products and applications globally. You lead a diverse team supporting customers worldwide.
You’ll make an impact by

  • Developing and implementing product push and promotion strategies from initial Go-To-Market plans to homologation support and technical consultancy in close cooperation with Sales and regional organisations
  • Persuading customers to engage with our products and use them within their tendering phase (Spec-In)
  • Organizing sales and technical trainings for internal and external customers
  • (in class trainings and online)
  • Leading a team of highly specialized experts
  • Understanding and analyzing the overall market and competition, providing feedback to the Product Line Managers (PLMs)
  • Sensing market potential of opportunities for product growth and drive activities with the team and the organization
  • Supporting conferences and trade shows
  • Being the contact for sales & partners for SICAM portfolio questions during offering stages

Your success is grounded in

  • Education
  • A Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience & Skills
  • Senior professional with extensive and long-term experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Product Lifecycle Management, or a related role, with a clear focus on external customer engagement
  • Outstanding and profound leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ways of working
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong focus on closing deals
  • Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues through customer focus and innovative thinking
  • Effective collaboration across fields, roles, and geographical and time zone boundaries
  • High degree of creativity and open-mindedness
  • Strong executive presence and ability to serve as a trusted advisor across multiple layers with customers
  • Languages
  • You possess excellent English communication skills; Other languages are a plus
