On behalf of our client, a multinational healthcare company based in Rotkreuz , Swisslinx is looking for a Global Project Manager. The main responsibility is to enable project teams developing new products or maintaining existing products in the market to achieve their set goals as effectively and efficiently as possible with the available resources.

General details about contract:

• Start date: ASAP, can wait till February 25
• End date: Unlimited
• Location: Rotkreuz, Switzerland
• Hybrid Model: 2-3 days on site

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Establishment and implementation of projects for product development, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Execution of project management processes and promotion of continuous improvements.
• Selection and application of agile project methods and coaching of teams.
• Management of meetings and knowledge sharing to optimize projects.
• Setting KPIs to measure quality and efficiency.
• Advising on planning and risk management.
• Identification of project risks and development of solutions.
• Support for teams with current planning data.
• Collaboration with departments to optimize project execution.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent experience with a commercial degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management within a regulated environment, preferably in lifecycle management or in the development of pharmaceuticals/diagnostics
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated industries
• IT Skills: Google applications, email, drive, spreadsheet
• Fluent English skills
• Soft Skills: Curious, structured approach, strong communication and influencing skills, analytical and critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset

Nice to Haves:

• PMP certification
• SCRUM / Agile certification
• German language skills
