As the Financial Business Partner (m/f/d) in the area of strategic IT projects of our diagnostic client from Rotkreuz, you will be responsible for establishing the financial and KPI reporting and analysis of the companies IT strategic projects. Next to the developing and tracking the monthly and annual forecasts ypu will also be preparing and presenting the projections and analyses to project teams and leadership teams. In this role you`ll work collaboratively with the strategy team, business stream leads and finance partners to deliver the outcomes of the project, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

special requirements: working in USA EST/EDT/PST time zone 1-2 times per week
Your Tasks:

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis, including KPI metrics
• Providing guidance to business workstream leads on eligibility of spend to ensure compliance
• Developing and tracking the monthly and annual forecasts
• Preparing and presenting the projections and analyses to project teams and leadership teams
• Working collaboratively with the strategy team, business stream leads and finance partners to deliver the outcomes of the project (Member of project management core team)
• Ensuring compliance with reporting standards

Your Profile

• Advanced degree in business or in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance ideally in the diagnostics industry or a related field across geographies, business functions, and roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
• Proficient in ERP systems (i.e. SAP) to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Self-driven personality with a strong desire to experiment with new ways of working and pilot new areas and capabilities
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and German
