Embedded Firmware Engineer for Functional Safety (w/m/d)

Aufgabe

• As a passionate software engineer you will be responsible for the development of safety-related embedded software/firmware
• You implement firmware in C++ for complex automation systems
• You create the documentation for your firmware, e.g. product and technical specifications
• You implement test drivers and unit tests and support V&V teams on system debugging

Qualifikation

• Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering and embedded systems or information/automation technology
• Experience with Functional Safety design process according to IEC 61508 is advantageous
• Experience with real-time operating systems, safety related code design and coding in C++
• Good knowledge of the firmware development process (specification, design, implementation, continuous integration, verification and documentation)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German will be a plus
