Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement data quality management strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring comprehensive and effective data governance
- You will identify and address opportunities to improve data quality by collaborating with data stewards, business analysts, and IT teams to refine data management processes
- You will set up and maintain data quality monitoring systems to track and report on data quality metrics, identifying trends and areas needing improvement
- You will provide expert advice and support to both business and technical teams, delivering training and guidance on best practices, tools, and processes to uphold data accuracy and integrity
- You will integrate data quality management into broader data governance frameworks, addressing data quality issues as part of overall governance efforts
- You will stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new challenges and opportunities in Data Quality and Data Governance, particularly in leveraging AI technologies for enhanced solutions

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- You have several years of experience in Data Quality/Data Management within a global context, with a strong track record of managing large-scale data quality projects
- You impress with your expertise in data quality tools, databases, data warehousing, and analysis techniques, with a working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
- You have strong CRM or Hybrid Customer Engagement business domain expertise, with a good understanding of marketing and sales domains
- Additionally, you have a demonstrated experience in leading projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful outcomes
Your attributes and skills:
- You have profound skills in analyzing data quality issues and crafting effective solutions to address them
- You have the proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, resolving conflicts and aligning with business needs
- You impress with your proactive approach to exploring and implementing new data quality and governance solutions, particularly in the context of AI advancements
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders and advocate for data quality best practices across the organization
- You convince us through your capability to guide and support both business and technical teams, fostering a culture of data accuracy and high standards
- In addition, you are Business fluent in English
