Your future role.
You will assist in the definition and implementation of state-of-the-art controlling and reporting processes, supported by a digital mindset.
In your role, you will act as a co-pilot, constantly striving for commercial optimizations.
You will perform actual vs. plan comparisons and monitor the impact of agreed measures.
Additionally, you will analyze and evaluate cost structures, and build, maintain, and improve the cost accounting system.
You will support the consolidation of budgets, which includes both top-down and bottom-up planning, as well as rolling midterm plans and regular forecasts throughout the year on a global scale.
You will provide regular business reports that reflect overall performance and recommend actions to the responsible management.
Furthermore, you will engage in sustainable process automation and the optimization of Sykatec Controlling to reduce manual routine tasks within the team.
Finally, you will support strategic decision-making by analyzing and connecting financial and non-financial data from various systems and units.
Your profile
You hold a university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling, particularly in areas such as accounting and financial closing, and are accustomed to thinking in end-to-end processes.
Additionally, you have gained professional experience in the finance area of a manufacturing company.
You have strong proficiency in various tools, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and business intelligence solutions.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to drive change.
Furthermore, you enjoy working in teams and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
You have a strong affinity for digitalization and are keen to learn new things quickly.
You are solution-oriented and possess strong common sense.
With fluency in both German and English, you possess excellent communication skills.
