Then come and join our team as Compensation Analytics Professional (f/m/d) to perform global compensation benchmarks and support the implementation of benchmarking strategies.
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In our international team, you will be responsible for analyzing market data and studies, conducting compensation benchmarking, and implementing global benchmarking strategies and standards
- You support the implementation of global benchmarking strategies
- You administer and maintain our global benchmarking data portfolio and are responsible for operating our global market insights tools
- You combine data from various sources to prepare high-quality compensation data sets for further analysis and reporting
- You enable and train global Total Rewards partners in businesses, regions, and functions on the use of market intelligence tools and benchmarks
- You collaborate with colleagues in the global Total Rewards team on analyses, reports, and projects related to various compensation topics

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a completed master's degree in business administration, business information systems, or a comparable discipline
- Ideally, you have already gained some relevant professional experience
- We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor's degree in combination with additional professional experience in this field
- You have already gained initial experience in data analysis and administration
- You possess strong analytical skills and are experienced in handling complex data and information structures
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and are experienced in Power BI or a similar tool
- You have an affinity for and interest in new technology (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
Your attributes and skills:
- You have an open-minded personality and are a team player
- You are a quick learner; you grasp complex ideas quickly and can communicate them at different levels
- You have a high degree of customer focus, a strong sense of responsibility, a structured working style, and a high level of commitment
- You are detail-oriented but do not lose sight of the bigger picture
- For your global tasks, you have a very good command of German and English
